: Very Poor service at Registersite.com |
|
I have experienced very poor service at registersite.com owned by Niten Networks. I tried to transfer my domain to another register and even called registersite.com. I ended up forced to renew my domain at registersite.com becuse they denied transfer, didn't send me a authorization email and blamed the problem on the new registar when the fact was they basicly hijacked my domain by not transfering it. I think they did this because they didn't want to loose the renewal fee as they are higher priced than other registars and this was thier way of stopping me from going to a lower priced registar. However I will be filling a complaint with ICANN about this. What they did was not legal and is against ICANN laws and they should not be an authorized domain registar using the tatics they did. |
