What do I do if someone stole my domain name ?

Domain Hi-jacking is when someone without authority gets control of your domain by either changing the Registrant information OR transfers your domain to another Registrar without your knowledge.

If you believe that your domain has been hi-jacked, you will need to contact the Customer Care Department and let them know that your domain has been hi-jacked.

You can check to see where the domain is registered and who owns the domain by doing a Whois Search. You will find a Whois link located on the home page. If this information is incorrect, you will need to contact the Customer Care Department immediately so that they can begin to investigate the problem
